An agent should have a job, not the keys to everything.
Twenty-five years of enterprise IT taught me to start with what something is not allowed to do. Every agent we build starts there.
Security commitments
Approval before it acts
Before an agent sends, spends or deletes anything, a person says yes.
A full log
We configure action and approval logs for the connected workflow, and agree retention and access with you before launch.
Only what you approve
We configure the tools, data access and permissions you approve, then test those boundaries before launch.
Spending caps
We agree a budget, configure provider limits where supported, and set alerts and stop conditions before launch. Provider billing and delayed usage reporting can still create charges.
You own the accounts
Production service accounts and billing are set up in your business’s name, with the provider and access arrangements documented.
Your data stays yours
We do not sell your data. We document the providers that process it and their retention and training settings before you approve the workflow.
Security questions, answered plainly.
Where does my data live?
Where you choose: in a cloud account in your business's name, or on your own hardware with on-prem hosting.
What if the agent gets something wrong?
Anything that sends, spends or deletes waits for a person's approval first, and the log shows exactly what happened. Monthly safety re-tests look for drift. They reduce risk; they cannot guarantee that every failure is detected.
Can an agent run up a big bill?
Costs need active controls. We agree your budget, use provider caps where available, and set alerts and stop conditions. Some providers report usage late or do not offer hard caps; those limits are documented before launch.
We're in a regulated industry. Can you still help?
Often, yes, with tighter limits and a person in the loop for anything sensitive. We'll scope it with you and your compliance advisor before anything is built.
What happens if we stop working together?
You keep the custom work delivered under your agreement, your data and your accounts. Third-party services and components remain subject to their own licenses and terms. We document dependencies and handover steps.
Ask the hard questions first.
Bring your security questions to a working session. You'll get straight answers before anything is built.
